New York, California, Texas, Florida, and Nevada are all among the first states to hit the 20-day rental rate for the New Year.

While the rate for a New Year’s Day trip is typically $1,000, the average price in all of those states is $5,800, according the National Association of Realtors.

While that’s up from $2,000 in 2012, the rental rate has been steadily climbing over the past several years.

According to NAR, the New York rental rate was $1.4 million in 2015, while the California rate was up $200,000 from the year before.

The biggest gainers in terms of average price were the Texas and Nevada rates, where rental prices were up $50,000 and $45,000 respectively.

The price of a New Years Day trip in those states has been on the rise since the beginning of the year, when prices were on par with what they are now.

Renting a house in Florida this year was a $4,400 average price.

The New York average price was $2.8 million in 2016, according for NAR.

The median price for a house this year in New York was $6,500.

The average price of condos in Florida is $1 million.

The state has also had some of the highest home prices in the country, according NAR: According to the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the median sale price in Manhattan is up $7,400 from last year.

The boroughs median sale prices are up $4 million.

Miami has the highest average price at $1 billion, while San Diego has the lowest at $936.

Renters in the U.S. are spending an average of $19,800 a year on housing, according TOOZ.

In 2016, home prices rose 3.2 percent from a year ago.

Home prices have gone up a total of $1 trillion over the last 10 years, according REBNY.

According NAR’s Renting Trends report, average prices for single-family homes have increased at a rate of 6.7 percent, double the average of 2.7 million homes in the housing market over the same period.

Average prices for condos and townhouses have also increased by 2.5 percent over the period.

The most affordable housing is in the Bay Area.

The Bay Area has the second-highest average price for new single-unit homes, behind New York City, at $4.722 million.

San Francisco is the most expensive place to live, at an average $6.5 million.
